All around experience from beginning to end was great! Excellent staff,and the process of getting a storage unit was so simple and hassle free. I thought the price was great too!

It's a good facility but the ground is not the best. The area around the unit I was given had to be fixed due to run off creating trenches. One was bad enough to cause a flat of hit hard.The facility increased the rate almost $100 a month after 6 months and would not allow a compromise so I chose to leave.

The best part is good

Prices rise by 40% every six months. A traditional bait and switch business plan. I understand your policy is also to take ownership of customers property after 30 days of non payment. The location I was rebating at had a pawn shop onsite.

I was paid up thru November 2025 at new rate $121.month. Moved out and checked out 11/11/25. Your space left perfect. Upon asking I was advised by Jenn no they did not prorate rent. My money comes hard - a fixed income. So I was counting on a refund.

Cary was very friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and grounds were as well.
