You raise your rates too often

Clean storage and well maintained. Staff is great and are always very welcoming.

Cube smart is a great facility however the price has gone up significantly over the past 3 years so we ended our contract.

I was a customer for 2 years on a 10 X 10 unit. Last week I went in to get a quote on a smaller unit and the management staff was extremely rude. The manager insuated that I was not a customer and didn't want to provide a quote to me.I then requested that she cancel my unit at the end of the month which I was paid up to. She instead canceled my unit then and there and would only change my access to the site when I threatened to call a laywer.

Sandra is the best. She is very good at keeping the place is great shape.

Sandra was great to work with. That means a lot to us. We don’t like being penalized for being good customers and always paying on time by the rate raises which come too often. That is very hard on us.
