The manager of the facility was Barry kind and knowledgeable. She reached out to me before I arrived. The faculty was very clean and well kept.

Customer Service Management, especially by Sandra Canez, at the Ocotillo facility is outstanding.The support provided by Sandra is excellent.

Cleanliness and staff

I really like Cubesmart a lot. The service is amazing. I love Sandra! She’s absolutely amazing. The only problem I have with Cubesmart is that the price increases way too much and too often.

You staff has been friendly and helpful

Your staff was always very nice and helpful. The fact that you raised your rates in $50 increments was crazy. I went from $100 to $400/month in 6 years. My Mom is on a fixed budget.

You raise your rates too often

Clean storage and well maintained. Staff is great and are always very welcoming.

Cube smart is a great facility however the price has gone up significantly over the past 3 years so we ended our contract.

I was a customer for 2 years on a 10 X 10 unit. Last week I went in to get a quote on a smaller unit and the management staff was extremely rude. The manager insuated that I was not a customer and didn't want to provide a quote to me.I then requested that she cancel my unit at the end of the month which I was paid up to. She instead canceled my unit then and there and would only change my access to the site when I threatened to call a laywer.
