Seressa gave explicit detailed information regarding everything I needed to know regarding renting from CubeSmart. I had gone a mile up the street in search of information. I left there and came to CubeSmart. Before I walked out the door I knew I was a sold customer. Your facilities are immaculate. Additionally, due to Seressa’s professionalism I thought she was the OWNER at this location. I wish that each and every retailer I come in contact with had a SERESA. Excellent communication skills and she takes pride in her work.
