Price increases too much

Price regularly increased with no real benefit to me.

Although the facility was nice and clean, you raised the rates every six months by 20% or more. My storage fees went from $150.00 per month to $397.00 per month, which is almost a three-fold increase.

I liked how your facility was so clean and how secure I felt me storing my stuff at your facility.

When we call to ask questions related to the contract and or directly related to the storage unit, we almost always have to leave a message. We rarely ever speak to the office personnel when we call during office hours. When we do leave a message, our calls are not returned.

Everything was easy and simple. We will definitely utilize them again in the future if needed
