We were with CubeSmart for 5 years. We were told 24/7 security sith cameras. Gate 1 didn't work for a very long time. Last year, we had over $1,000 worth of speakers stolen from our boat. Also, did to thief(ves) lifting our cover, caused sun damage to our seats. CubeSmart nor police did anything about it, EXCEPT increase our rates/month by $30+!!! I will never rent from CubeSmart again.

Your prices are SO HIGH! They go up all the time. I wish I could move my other unit too.

To retrieve my belongings which included my medicine, I was forced to pay for the month of June though I had completely cleared put my storage on 5/31/26 as obligated per contract. I have asked for a refund but to sate have not received a reaponse.

I was locked out of my storage on 5/31/26 one day prior to my next payment due on 6/1/26. I have asked for a refund with no response from the staff.

Facility is clean but I remember it being cleaner when I first started. looks like some cleaning services have been cut back. Also, there is a lack of flat beds.
