They give you lower prices initially, then the price is jacked up so high you either can't afford to pay or you have to move out completely. Do not rent from them. So not worth 300.00 a month.

Although the facility was nice and clean, you raised the rates every six months by 20% or more. My storage fees went from $150.00 per month to $397.00 per month, which is almost a three-fold increase.
