Excellent customer service

Was great from start to finish. One time I left our unit unlocked. The Staff spotted it, and notified me. Showed me they are doing checks of the place.

It eas safe and easy...but pricey

While I didn't actually use the storage unit as I purchased it but then found something much closer. It had been a few days but I received a call from the company and they actually said no problem and refunded my money no questions asked. That's what I call customer service.

I went to drop my things off and the code did not work and your place was locked up until 1:30 and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This is a really bad start and we will likely be looking for another place. I had to pay my movers extra while they waited to get in. Who shuts down their business half the afternoon. I tried several numbers and none of them picked up and was taken through your voice system with no human beings answering.
