I was completely satisfied, other than calling to report a prior damage in my unit upon move in and didn't receive a confirmation call back. I'm assuming they got the message anyways. I didn't have any issues with my stay outside of that.

Nice well kept facility. No one bothers you while you’re coming in and out,getting stuff from your unit. CubeSmart makes simple, easy for me to access my unit.

The online feature was convenient and easy to use. I was able to choose the unit I wanted and the rental agreement was simple and the confirmation came quick and the unit was ready and clean when I arrived Now as long as Cube Start don't raise the rental price every couple of months as my last storage company did. I'm very satisfied.
