Because you kept raising my rates. When I tried to get a lower rate, because on your website it was less then $100 and I paid $350 a month, i was denied an adjustment because my rate was recently changed. It was changed because you just raised it AGAIN. You guys were awful to work with. The store attendant was ncie and helpful but the company itself, AWFUL. will not reccomend or stay at again. moved to Extra Storage

Never had to worry about my things while I was unable to care for them myself. Was a safe and convenient environment and the facility I dealt with was always kind and professional.

The ladies in the front office were so understanding and accommodating and ready with answers to every question I may have had.. these ladies also seeing I was new to the area gave me a first hand account of some fun hot spots and places to eat.

Amazing customer service from Patrick. It was busy when I came in and he was able to juggle helping each customer with amazing service and grace. I’ve never experienced this kind of service at a storage facility ever. Keep up the good work!
