false information, charged me despite proactive work to call and ensure I had ample time to remove property and gave explicit dates of my departure and was lead to believe they didn’t know of these dates.Would never recommend or have any further business with this specific location. Worst customer service and communication.Called a month in advance and two weeks prior to confirm all details were cohesive.They never answer the phone and poorAt getting back to you. Up your fees without notice or explanation despite several attempt to obtain one. Overall this location management and customer service suck. Worst and had I had all the information up front when I initially called this would be a different reviewFalse false information on every end
