Continuous price increases. Facility cleanliness. Could rarely find a dolly in my section. My truck was damaged by the gate and I was only compensated 1 month rental, when repairs would have been in the thousands if I had chosen to go that route. Can never find anyone in the office when needed.

Chistina, was knowledgeable about CS property, contracts and penalties. Extremely professional and patient with new customers

I didn't like the fact that it just kept going up and up like it was never going to stop, there are other places that have a cut off they don't just keep going and going, with no end in site...I don't want to be in a place like that.. I don't know anyone who does ..

When advertising prices, clarify there is an admin fee & the price of it. it would have nice to not be blindsided by an admin fee after doing everything involved in he rental up until giving payment. Dirty deceitful practices are unacceptable. I have zero tolerance.Being blindsided with fees is what I will talk about when conversation presents itself. I could be talking about how wonderful the lady who helped me was. BUT- this is what I think of when I think of my experience at Cube Smart
