The facility was within easy distance from our location and served it's purpose for what we needed it for. very easy to pay the bills and get in and out of. We only left because our office moved.

Convince and location are the two main factors to the given score. Most every other aspect of my experience has diminished as the rental rate increased, numerous break ins and thefts occuring at the property, excessive fees and liens, and the general up keep of the to grounds was an eye sore at time as well. Oh not to mention becoming locked inside the gate at 10:01 pm

Large price increaseUnit was in disrepair. Door would not stay open. No interior light.

Good facility but little on-site support

The staff was very helpful and the facility seemed well kept.

Ease of use, security, personnel

I was forced to buy insurance I didn't want.And the unit flooded, running 2 boxes of books.
