Cherokee had great customer service!

There were extra fees not mentioned in my call.

There was some moisture damage in our unit.

It’s the worst storage I have ever dealt with. No one never been in the office to deal with your situation. And things are put in place to be charged late fees.Am an handicap and I do not trust my card information on line I need to pay in store and no one is there so I left to where I can attend to.

I personally feel satisfied with there increased and protection services in my unit.
