It is certainly a clean and nice facility, but the rates have just gotten too high

Lynn at the front desk was amazing! He helped me change my reserve unit to a larger one, no hassle, walked me up to the unit, and offered any assistance while moving the next day

The 2 units rented were both clean and safe. The costs jumped significantly after the initial rental period and kept us from continuing to rent here. Also, the elevators were often not working correctly- especially on our move-out day, where I ran up and down stairs to call the elevator because the buttons on Floor 2 did not work. 40 trips later, I was exhausted.The moving company charged me an additional $600 because the office told the estimator that a semi-truck could not be accommodated in the parking lot. This turned out to not to be true and I lost the added cost.

And the two representative is assisting me while I was in person at the facility. One’s name was Keith, and there was another gentleman as well. They help solve all my issues and addressed all of my needs.

Keith, one of the employees at your facility is excellent at taking care of all of the needs that I had, especially since I’ve got some hectic issues going on. He went above and beyond as well as the other young man.

The office staff was very informative and helpful processing our transfer. He went above and beyond in compassion, understanding, and customer service- truly making our experience better. We had a fast and easy process. Thank you!
