nice location, easy to work with, nice staff

I rented the storage space online. The storage shed i chose said first floor access because I need to access this stuff during the week. I drove up to the location and saw it was all indoor. I spoke to someone on the phone and they asked if I was coming by to start loading in. I told her no, I couldnt use the storage space. She asked if I wanted to close out. I said sure, I haven't taken the unit. No refund was issued. I have a 3 day right to recession and I did not once set foot in the storage space, so I want my money back.

Receptionist was very nice and polite. The price for the unit fits my budget. I would like to rent from this storage for a long time.
