I have rented storage a long time. You have a great employee at the front desk in Nicole. Nicole is amazing, so helpful, so kind and friendly. I have always enjoyed speaking to her and she always greets people with such a positive attitude!

Nicole is so amazing and helpful! We have multiple units over a very long span of time. Nicole has been great in answering questions over the years and being very helpful any time I needed to ask her something! She has the best personality and is so kind! She is always so friendly and knows how to get the answer quickly. She has a super positive personality!!!

Marybeth was friendly, space and location for the amount is good but not pleased with the mandatory insurance when I already have insurance.

Rude employee's & too many price increases.

The storage was a great size for the items I added into my unit. I kept the storage for far too long just the service was great with the ladies in the front office.

Customer service there is at an all-time HIGH! I Love the ladies there! they got me the best deal more bang for my Buck! Space was just right. this is my second time dealing with them and had a great experience each time.

The ladies operating the units were great and helpful. Always kind.
