Too expensive there are more offers and deals for new customers and none for those who have tenure and pay on time

Place is clean, safe and availability is good

I was double billed and the store refused to fix it. Sending screenshots of the posted payments in my checking account, and filing a claim with Wells Fargo were both ignored. Wells Fargo reversed the double billing, but the store pretended the other posted payment didn't exist, and responded by fining me hundreds of dollars in bogus late and lien fees.

Don’t come to this location they do not try to help they make you pay all the amount at the same time THEY NOT FLEXIBLE by how they want to take the payment it needs to be everything at once they they can take you stuff-0

Primarily because the business you run is a racket… you raise your prices multiple times over the course of a rental… nothing ever changes, you don’t offer better service, hell, you barely have any service to mention.

Renting a storage unit here was a seamless experience from start to finish. LeRei was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Clean and secure

Clean location, easy access. Elevator is quick. Friendly staff. Music even plays in the halls while you're moving :)
