Pros: I never had any trouble getting in and out of the facility. The place was very clean, inviting, and I always felt safe. The lady that helped me sign up at the beginning was awesome!Cons: The price. In the 5 years that I rented the space, the cost ballooned by around 50%. I understand that climate-controlled facilities command a certain price but once CubeSmart purchased the business the price started going up. (It was some other company when I first started renting).

Adam was horrible. No customer service skills and rather short and rude

Rate increases every year

Overall, very easy to run a storage unit. Autopay is a much appreciated feature. The only reason I knocked off a star was because there is a mandatory lock purchase, but you cannot return it and get that money back. There should be some kind of a credit system.

Frequent price increases

Always clean, safe and a great crew from day 1 to 3+ years later. Great garage covered access snd elevators. Never worried about weather or safety of myself or belongings.Never had to worry
