I was EXTREMELY unhappy that our rate got jacked up a few months after we were in place. Something around 25%. Complete bait and switch. That was a total amateur move and one that I’ll be sure to let everyone know about. Ticks me off even typing this.Would never come back.

I had called in to get information on storage. However, I wish I had gone to the facility as it would had clarified some problems that I now have with additional charges. No body can resolve my issues with the additional fees. Onsite personal is useless. But I need the locker and it is close
