Very nice, very helpful especially at the front desk

There was easy access, an affordable price, and I had no issues with security/safety. All my questions and concerns were always answered! I would recommend them to anyone seeking a storage space in the future.

Easy to get storage, accessibility was great.

The facility is located conveniently close to my daughter’s college. I’ve never had any issues using this facility. It’s always clean and they have plenty of dollies to help move stuff in. You can do the rental agreement online. They even call to make sure you you have a seamless check in. I love this place. Customer service is A1!

Helpful finding a better size

The policy of hiding the carts is insane to me. You have signs all over the facility saying that "you are on camera, if you don't return carts, we will know and will charge you." This is obviously not true by the fact that you started locking up carts after hours and put signs up all over telling us that it was the fault of certain tenants not returning carts. No faster way to erode trust than to put up two contradicting signs right next to each other. It was massively inconvenient to access my things when I needed to come after hours.
