Always kind staff I can’t remember the lady name but she was very nice and helpful to me and my family as we were moving out of the storage she was a Caucasian lady

The beginning was not as smooth but it was still a good experience.

Wish there were smaller spaces. Also, was not pleased by an unexpected $11 per month rate increase.

Clean, easily accessible, convenient carts available, staff was available when needed.

There was no dollys around until I said something to the manager and I had to push all my ex stuff in storage which was a lot. The manager was nice but I’m upset I had to pay for a whole month. Also I was not prorated for this last month since I moved out early. I had Extra storage before and they did it for me. I will continue to use their storage in the future.

Location, ease of access, staff support and availability of units. Cleanliness of parking area is lacking at times due to others leaving junk and garbage.
