I know you all don’t prorate, but perhaps a certain amount of days before renewal that rule should be in effect. We came to retrieve our stuff from out of state literally 2 days after paying for the month.As planning can be hard it would be nice if there was some proration within a certain window of paying the bill.

I did not have the best experience with the manager or district manager of the location of my storage unit. I checked out of my storage unit less than 10 days after my payment went through for the entire month on 24 April.Once I checked out on Sunday, May 3, I was not giving a prorated amount back to my card for the additional days that I did not occupy the unit.The manager and district manager both told me that Cubesmart does not prorate, and there was nothing that they could do for meHighly disappointed in the customer service.
