1. Facility is very clean2. Facility has good climate control3. Bathrooms were never available or had plumbing issues4. One staff member was rude….all the time.5. Other staff was amazing.6. Pricing was way out of line for 10x20. Constant price increases. Long term loyal renters pay significantly more than new ones.

I know you all don’t prorate, but perhaps a certain amount of days before renewal that rule should be in effect. We came to retrieve our stuff from out of state literally 2 days after paying for the month.As planning can be hard it would be nice if there was some proration within a certain window of paying the bill.
