The staff’s customer service is top notch. They are responsive and very helpful. One of the staff members helped me get into my storage unit when my key broke inside the lock. She did so without hesitation. Grateful!Facility is clean and well kept.

I was told that I had to pay for your insurance, even though I told them I had insurance on my items when I checked with corporate months later I was told that was not true. I asked for a refund when I realize this and I was not given one. On the day of my move out. They locked the gate and threw me into a huge panic.
