Megan, the manager, is the best at making sure that the customer has a great experience. The facility is clean and safe. I never worried about my belongings while they were there.

I was told that I had to pay for your insurance, even though I told them I had insurance on my items when I checked with corporate months later I was told that was not true. I asked for a refund when I realize this and I was not given one. On the day of my move out. They locked the gate and threw me into a huge panic.

Never had an issue with anything and the management was always prompt with their responses.
