My monthly fee went from $150 to $180 in less than 6 months. That’s a big spike and wasn’t affordable for me as I was trying to moveThe facility was clean but I believe someone was living in the space. We heard voices in the building when we would go at night but never saw anyone there.

The associate was very professional and knew his job, showed me the unit informed how to lock unit. He could have just said here in this back is your paperwork and it shows you how everything works but he explained everything and then said here’s the info

The monthly rental fee became unaffordable. Also: The facility is mostly kept clean and orderly. However, there were occasions where trash and discarded items were noticeably apparent during our visits. The motion sensors in this facility need to be adjusted or more added to cover units farthest away from the sensors.

Rent on the unit was increased by $40 in one month when I was told it would increase from promotional price to original price incrementally over a few months.I accidentally made an error entering checking account information one time, instead of notifying me that there was an error, I was charged $45 for insufficient funds and immediately locked out of the unit.No discounts for seniors or veterans. Company has no empathy towards people…all about the money.
