I really appreciate management at this facility and their flexibility.Only issue is Cubesmart corporate who raises the rent after 4 months and then again.

1. On 2/25/2025 I moved into 4-D19. After 6 months I received a rent increase from $130.50 to $174.00. approx. 34% with no advance notice.2. In March of 2025 I moved into 2-A29 at $321.75/month. After 5 Months the rent was increase approx. 34% with no advanced notice.3. Several times only 1 elevator worked.4. I moved out of 2-A29 ASAP.5. In June of 2026 there was another substantial increase without notice.6. I moved out of 2-A29 that month.7. During that move Both Elevators stopped working.I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN, AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR FACILITY.Damon Rumsch

Pricing is a complete rip-off. This is the only reason that I moved out. 81% increase in 4 years! Averaging around 13% increase each year. What is annual inflation? 3-4%. You feel like you have a captive customer and, as a result, jack up rental rates while daring customers to go to the trouble of moving out. If you were honestly upfront with your annual price increases, no one would sign up with you. Management’s explanation is “that’s the way it is”

Because I was told my payment would be $50 after I downsized and when I got my bill it was $100- was pretty mad because it was hard work downsizing just to move out a month later- Went to an outdoor storage for $38. All the late fees etc killed me. Customer service was pleasant
