The door was damaged prior to renting assigned unit 625, and there was a large spot of concrete floor appearing to be wet and some damage to the walls of unit 625 - small in size. I informed the employee who informed me he is the manager and that he was aware of the condition of walls and would later be replacing the drywall walls. At that time he informed me no photography is permitted and I told him I would reluctantly delete photos I’d taken for my own consumer protection.

The gate has repeatedly been up at all times and I was informed there would likely be a unit inspection within days of beginning a monthly rental which was distressing to me as I would likely not yet be organized and I’d planned to donate some of my items after first removing them from a different premises. My storage unit rental is for short term use.
