First thing first I like the communications from the guys in the office was excellent, informative and polite. Over all I had no issues with my items being stored there

Wasn't able to drive a semi truck into.

Gate has been broken for months and people are breaking into units with small locks. Management has yet to tell the current people with those locks so they can prevent future loss to its customers

It was confident, clean and Matt was great!

Very friendly service and if I have any questions or concerns they are quickly to get back to me if not answered at that moment. Matt is above the best when it comes to doing his job. He walks the storage areas and checks out everything making me at ease with knowing I have protection of my unit and also he keeps the grounds very clean.
