Buen service

Unit price doubled over 7 years. Maintenance went down and the staff was rarely there.

I was there for seven years; rate doubled in the time, usually without notice. Staff was rarely at their post. Access door was not fixed for years, it once fell on my head and got 3 stitches Best I can say is, everything stayed dry.

Getting the storage unit was kinda last minute and a need right now situation and it was after business hours but we was able to rent and get into within the hour great service

I was promised from the start that I could park vehicles there during the day. That changed. Then we started getting locked out of the restrooms and finally they removed the kickstand from the door going outside. I was running my small cleaning business out of that facility and a restroom is a must as well as the kickstand being taken off of the door made loading and unloading very difficult. I felt like it was a passive aggressive attack on me and my staff like they were trying to make us leave. So, I did. I had even spoken with Erika about renting a second unit but things just seemed to get more petty by the day. It wasn't the storage but the staff.

The manager really made sure that we were taken care of throughout the process. She was very polite and professional. I would recommend going there.
