Customer service was great, it’s the pricing. Each year there was an increase of over $50

Things were fine, but there was rarely ever someone in the office during open hours when I needed them. They responded well to emails but almost never answered the phone. I also have white mold on many of my furniture items and boxes that were stored and the insurance does not cover mold per the insurance company's responses, so I'm stuck cleaning it all myself and breathing in the mold while doing so. I'm disappointed but overall it was ok - my things stayed safe.

Very safe and we felt comfortable leaving our trravel trailer in the lot.Mindy the manager is very good at her job.

The staff is professional and very helpful. The climate controlled facility is niceBut the rent and how much it continues to go up is very ridiculous.
