I chose it because it was a perfect location for me and also because the store hasn't been open that long and so I figured it would be clean and well cared for. Fortunately I was right. I was using two units and used those both for about a year and a half. I was selling my house so I had to move absolutely everything into CubeSmart. I started moving out May 19th and downsized to one unit and just yesterday, had the movers, to do a second move out. I do actually still have one small unit that I will have to keep for a while but I have been so very impressed with how clean it is. I put down glue traps and mouse repellent but when we cleaned out the Big unit, other than seeing a spider on a glue board there were no mice or rat droppings or any sign of chewing on anything of my property. Not the cardboard boxes or the furniture or anything. Like I said, I still have a small unit that I am having to continue to rent, but it really is excellently kept clean and the staff very helpful friendly and personable.

Everything was fine.

The unit was sizable and clean, however, I am on a limited income and the frequent price increases were difficult to manage on a limited budget.

The CubeSmart that I have used for the past year and a half was a new location on McDonald road in Chattanooga or East ridge Tennessee. That made me feel comfortable that it would be clean and hopefully rodent free. I am very pleased to tell you that after a year and a half of storage, when I moved out of my one unit, I found absolutely NO EVIDENCE of any rodents, roaches, droppings or feces of any kind. I found one spider. That's why I would highly recommend CubeSmart take me one that I know.
