Very clean facility, feels safe and secure but most of all, the customer service. The lady who runs the Brainerd Rd. Location has been there for a long time and is very thorough and professional. Consider giving that lady a raise, she earns it

I have been using CubeSmart for over 10 years between Chattanooga and Nashville. I have always felt my belongings were secure and never had an issue with either place. Honestly if not for the constant rent increases, I would still be renting but I can not afford the rental any longer.

My only problem with Cube Smart is their rate system. Increases are random and sometimes substantial. Without warning.The staff is fantastic and always helpful.I still have a unit active and I intend to keep it probably until the end of the year. Thanks again to the staff!

You advertise an RV spot on your web page for $33/month. I’ve had our spot for 7 years and you are charging me over $120.
