The facility itself is great. But if you're looking for long term storage be prepared to go from $75 a month to $200 a month. Or be prepared to either pay for a year upfront or change units every few months to avoid rate increases.

The climate of my unit was NOT controlled. My items were molded/mildewy. I had NOTHING wet in my unit so do not understand what happened other than climate being tropical-like.

Went to talk to the Manager Ms Mindy on overpriced rent when I found better prices online and she was rude and don’t care about customer care. Hope she need more training on handling customer satisfaction with good service.
