The climate of my unit was NOT controlled. My items were molded/mildewy. I had NOTHING wet in my unit so do not understand what happened other than climate being tropical-like.

Went to talk to the Manager Ms Mindy on overpriced rent when I found better prices online and she was rude and don’t care about customer care. Hope she need more training on handling customer satisfaction with good service.

Acquiring the storage space was a pleasant experience. My need for storage ended up being shorter than I expected and Mindy gave me a call and quickly closed out the contract.
