I booked a storage unit online. When I get there the next day they tell me the one I reserved was no longer available, but they were going to give me a discount on a bigger one for the life of my account. I specifically asked about how much the price would go up and I was guaranteed it would only go up every year by a small percentage. Before the first year was up I was paying $45more a month. Won’t come back next time I need a storage unit
