Your fees are exorbitant. You charge $13 or $15 to process a telephone call which cost you nothing, you charge $100 late fee you lock out people when they are less than a month late from their storage facility and you raised my storage cost more than 40% since I started. An essence, I have nothing positive to say about your services…. If anything I would tell people to avoid using you. Also, it’s impossible to get a page to go program because when you try and do it through the voice prompt it does not work so I end up paying extra just to pay the bill.

We have stored at your facility for over a decade and while we have no complaints about the facility upkeep and management we have been flabbergasted at extreme increases in rent to the point he has become prohibitive to stay!

The price It went up substantially every year. It’s a very nice facility and I was happy with it until the last few months she there was a rodent infestation. Had to throw out several boxes of items and a few pieces of furniture as they were covered with rodent feces and urine. Had the insurance but it does not cover rodents.
