Only problem was steady price increases

Although the facility is a convenient location, the property is hard to access, especially when the managers allow cars to park there all day long. You can't get a large truck near door. AND WORST THING IS YOU RAISED MY RENT EVERY THREE MONTHS. Now that i moved out, you are offering the 70 dollars a month lower, after i was a good tenant for 18 months. You owe me a refund for the way you treated me.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, anticipating questions before I even had to ask. Managing a storage facility well is about far more than the units themselves; it's about making customers feel confident that their belongings are in good hands. Keome does exactly that. Her dual role as both Property Manager and Field Training Specialist is evident in how smoothly the entire operation runs. If this is the standard she's setting for other CubeSmart locations, the brand is in great shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility and this team to anyone.

I went to the office in person during working hours about seven times and no one was ever there. Same experience when I tried to call the office. I don’t think anyone is working in the Bethesda office.
