Cubesmart was efficient, hassle-free, clean, secure, and overall a pleasant rental experience. Locations are also convenient and the staff are helpful. It is to be highly recommended.

The facility is well maintained, but the customer service is top-tier. The manager Keome is a godsend. She’s very knowledgeable., professional and pleasant. She made the process of selection and check-in seamless and showed great patience when I was unsure of the space that best suited my needs

I gave this score because the CubeSmart facility is convenient, fast to access, clean, and secure. The staff engagement has been wonderful.

The lock on our unit was tampered with, within a few weeks of moving in. We had to get bolt cutters to get it off, it was so mangled. Fortunately whoever did it did not take anything but obvious security was nonexistent. We reported this and showed pictures to the site manager, who shrugged and could have cared less.The facility is hard to access with very low clearance for a truck.We had two major prices increases during our storage period, one almost immediately after moving in. This amounted to bait and switch (no warning and no original description of the original rate as a promotion, temporary, or similar). The second one was nearly 40% and ridiculous. That was the end.

Kiomi was extremely pleasant and professional. She managed to expectations well and had great communication and follow up.
