I tried to cancel and couldn't because I had forgotten my keys, so then you lock me out when my bill is past due (even though I told you I was trying to cancel).So you charge me an extra $500 and end up cutting the lock off anyway, which you could have done the whole time.

The office team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They provided us with storage sizing directions while conducting a walking tour of the facility. Based on the information provided, we selected a 10 x 10 storage cube.

Rodney was the best person you had and ran the place well. I was a business customer since 2016 and was given the hardest time after management changed and rules changed to do business here. My packages were constantly sent back that were for business, couldn’t dispose of any trash. Didn’t feel valued and I had two units here. I expected better for being loyal. Now I will never rent from this group and will tell my counterparts it’s too difficult to do business with CubeSmart to try them.

We decided to end our rental due to a combination of pricing and facility conditions. Over the past two years, rates have increased by approximately 20–25%, and unfortunately, the overall experience has not reflected that level of cost.There have also been ongoing maintenance and operational concerns. The garage door has been out of service for roughly the same two-year period without resolution, and carts are often limited and not returned to designated areas, which makes access less convenient.Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience relative to what we were paying, which led to our decision to move on.

The rent increases are ridiculous. The staff at this location is rude and not helpful. The facility itself needs attention. The carts are old and small. Just an overall disappointing experience.
