Constantly raising the price of my unit

After being a tenant for nearly 20 years the company is impossible to reach when problems have occurred during matters that occurred by 3rd parties in this case errors made by Bank of America. It is very stressful to not be able to find a solution to our problem!!!

Amy of the North Western Avenue Chicago location is a fantastic storage general manager and she deserves a raise along with a promotion. I am just moving my belongings from one unit to a less expensive unit within the building.

Always willing to help and super friendly staff. The temp control was a lifesaver. My shit was in there for 3 years and not even a hint of dust or anything

If the above was based on Amy, the store manager’s helpfulness alone, I would have gave a 10. She was great everytime I called or needed help over the years. I reduced the rating given the spikes in pricing for no improvements or upgrades. The facility needs better flat pulling carts and everything feels dated.

Amy was fantastic. We were not expecting to need a storage unit during our move and she was very helpful and patient despite being extremely busy.
