The process of obtaining the storage unit was straightforward. The unit's location is conveniently close to my home, making it easy to access. However, I've encountered an issue where my access code sometimes doesn't work and needs to be reset. This has caused problems with my planning and wasted time.

The women who work at this facility are simply the best. They really care about safety and security. I always felt comfortable visiting the facility, even during later or earlier hours, because of how well monitored they run the place. If I hadn’t moved out of the neighborhood I would have rented here indefinitely

Iris at front desk was very helpful and easy to work with. Easy access to storage unit and clean space.

Easy breezy and junk

I've had this unit since 2016. During that time. It was always clean and rodent free. Rent was fair and I always got a raise in rent notification via the list office. An email would be preferable as well. In modern times. Highly recommend
