Loved that I was treated so respectful without any attitude. Explained throughly the forms that needed to be signed she was very knowledgeable. The rental I reserved was ready. Plus I was walked the unit so I would know where the location was.

While everything was clean and easy to use, when we first rented the storage unit we were laying $40 and month. We canceled because we were now paying $150 a month which to me is just crazy. It kept creeping up in price.

Rent kept getting raised on top of a lot of nickle-and-diming: “convenience fees” for paying by credit card, things that really should be part of the basic package being add-ons that cost extra money, etc.

Manager was unprofessional had an attitude and very rude also no attempt to work with me as a customer even though I’ve been there for a long time felt very unappreciated would never refer you guys again
