The price is high for what it is and it is increased to quickly and to much of a percentage as it goes up. The employees were very nice every time we needed to interact. The elevator is closed too quickly when you’re trying to get the carts in; it’s quite inconvenient. One bay was out of order for our entire move out and we had to walk further into the parking lot to load and unload.

well I rented a large unit from you at $300 per month, 6 months into it the price was raised over 30% which took it to over $450. i understand increases at like 5-7% but over 30%??? That was way over the top. I actually had 2 of the same units and closed both out for that reason. I moved to another facility and will never rent from or recommend cube smart to anybody. PRICE GOUGING!!!

I like the service and it was closer to my house and very friendly and clean. Never had a problem when I needed help or I needed something.

Warned my friends they will have to enter their code 3 times in order to get to their locker. Also rent will sky rocket within a short period of time. They all frowned.

It’s a clean, safe place but it became way too expensive.

The facility has a perfect location for me, it is secure, and the managers, Sergio and Luis, provides excellent service, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating.
