I had a great experience at this CubeSmart location. I moved in to my unit in 2019, and moved out in 2026. The staff was awesome, very friendly, and very responsive. The units were climate controlled, so I never had to worry about extreme temperatures outside affecting my unit. That was the main reason I chose this facility. Access in/out of the facility was very easy. I was always able to find a time to bring my vehicle into the dock for loading/unloading.

The Cubesmart staff at the 35st location in Chicago have provided friendly, expeditious service every time. Specifically, Tanya and Tiffany provided solutions each of several occasions, from the moment of sale through moments when I needed something, like a cart, or advice about locks - even finding some help to move something! Aside from the customer service element, the Cubesmart facility has been well maintained. It's always clean, well lighted and I even like the musical loops they run through the facility. I chose Cubesmart and it has met my expectations. As long as Cubesmart stays competitive with services of equal quality, it's got my business.

My monthly rent jumped to $250 from $112 within a year.

This location was terrible. I only spent two weeks storing with them due to the fact that the ONE employee was not in the office when I came to move things in and the clock on the door that said when she would be returning was never accurate. Because the carts are in the office I've had to move multiple items in/out of storage without a cart provided by CubeSmart and this was not okay! I would not recommend this particular facility to anyone unless they have a moving cart of their own and don't need to have access to the office.
