My storage unit tripled in cost, store hours aren’t convenient and online fees have also increased drastically. Although access to the unit is available after office hours, parking is a nightmare.

Easy to dry up

My items were ruined by rodents. I had dead rats in my storage and I found feces in everything I owned. Every been clothing family items. All my things are ruined. I’ll never get my baby clothes back or my grandmothers things the rats ripped every bag and every bun they got into. Management named Kasey said they were aware of the situation and knew people brang food and lived in their storage units. And admitted the rats are not taking the poison. I begged to differ since they’re were dead ones in my unit.

There are mice droppings in the new unit and it’s disgusting. This is after I moved from my other unit, on the same floor, also with a mouse problem. They didn’t even clean out the new unit before renting it out.
