There are mice droppings in my previous unit and the new one they moved me into. I’m currently not able to switch units because of this filth.

I like how easily accessible everything is. When I was moving, Tanya was super helpful throughout my process. I called multiple times and each time she delivered kind and helpful solutions.She left a rolling cart in a locker for me to use. I will say, at another place I used previously, they leave them in the common area for people to use after they use their code to get inside. I understand if this place puts them away to prevent theft but having a place for people to get them from will be helpful. Even if they need an additional code and will get fined if they don’t put them carts back. Also, after hours, the bathrooms were locked. So that was also an issue while moving.I still give it a 9 out of 10 because I was amazed by Tanya’s customer support as well as how useful and easy it is to navigate the facility.I would definitely consider using this place again. My friends who helped me moved also mentioned the facility was much better than the ones they used when they moved in.

Can’t believe almost double the rent about a year. And you can’t find any parking spots at working hours from Monday to Friday. Don’t recommend anyone to get storage here.

I had a great experience at this CubeSmart location. I moved in to my unit in 2019, and moved out in 2026. The staff was awesome, very friendly, and very responsive. The units were climate controlled, so I never had to worry about extreme temperatures outside affecting my unit. That was the main reason I chose this facility. Access in/out of the facility was very easy. I was always able to find a time to bring my vehicle into the dock for loading/unloading.

The Cubesmart staff at the 35st location in Chicago have provided friendly, expeditious service every time. Specifically, Tanya and Tiffany provided solutions each of several occasions, from the moment of sale through moments when I needed something, like a cart, or advice about locks - even finding some help to move something! Aside from the customer service element, the Cubesmart facility has been well maintained. It's always clean, well lighted and I even like the musical loops they run through the facility. I chose Cubesmart and it has met my expectations. As long as Cubesmart stays competitive with services of equal quality, it's got my business.
