There was always someone in the office when I needed something, and they were always friendly and helpful. Whether it was my code for the elevator not working, buying boxes, or most recently closing out my unit, I’ve always felt like my questions were answered and they were always happy to help.

I have not been able to access my personal belongings in almost two years due to a malfunction of my unit’s door. Though paying my rent every month. I pleaded with Cubesmart that long to repair it or move me to another unit. After stalling , I finally got relocated to another unit only to find my belongings with rats droppings and chewed up holes on my furniture and audio equipment.
