I like the service and it was closer to my house and very friendly and clean. Never had a problem when I needed help or I needed something.

Warned my friends they will have to enter their code 3 times in order to get to their locker. Also rent will sky rocket within a short period of time. They all frowned.

It’s a clean, safe place but it became way too expensive.

The facility has a perfect location for me, it is secure, and the managers, Sergio and Luis, provides excellent service, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating.

no problems with the rental unit

The facilities and services dong support the cost.

I was happy with the facilities as well as the staff but the price increase of 70 or more dollars was the final straw. If the price has stayed at the rate I signed up for the unit I would still be paying you now.

My rate increased significantly on my old unit. I downsized to a smaller unit, My ra u e increased before I even made my first payment. I asked Luis why, he smiled and gave me a BS answer. I vacated the unit and gave my business to someone else.

Easy process and great customer service

Very comfortable access to loading dock and elevator. Clean.
