The location is very convenient and secure with cameras on all floors. I've dealt with other storage spaces in the past they weren't as clean and did not have cameras. The staff was nice and informative making my transaction smooth.Fairly new and secure loading area too.Thank you guys

The price increase was insane 20.00 at once. Forcing me to move stuff from one unit to another. Its a scam..

Smooth process from opening the account to moving everything out. The facility was always clean, and well-kept. Staff were always willing to help as needed.

The constant rate rent increases.

The security code provided still doesn’t work. Even once I got in- There was no welcome kit in my unit. I had to wait until the office opened and still had to talk to the staff several times to fix issues. I’m still using a staff provided code to get in. My space was listed as a5x8 but definitely is not 5 feet wide. Overall not a thrilling experience.

All installations are really clean, and the clarks are really friendly.
