The pricing on the unit and increases as well as every unit i had with the company had a huge beam in it taking up space which was a huge inconvenience and was told I wasn't able to switch to another available unit

Poor communication and costumer service skills

Cubesmart has been very good with my storage needs. However, the customer service at my current storage location is sub par.... I hope you would be able to address that issue.Further, I recently got stuck at 10.01pm in the storage facility. So I recommend:1. So, an alert 15mins before closing, on your radio/music system would greatly help customers ensure they are out of the facility in time before closing.2. The building allowed me to exit at 10:01 pm but the property gates did not open to let me out, forcing me to be stuck in the Chicago freezing cold weather in your parking lot. Appropriate actions to address this issue is necessary.Thanks

I have used multiple Cubesmart locations around the country over the years, and they are always in the best of locations with the most ease of use. And since I started using Cubesmart I have not used any other storage facility ever.

It was a good location. Clean and accessible

after 2 years a moth infestation got in and destroyed a lot before it seems it was handled. and holy hell prices rise so quick. went from under 200 to 330 in 2 years. not to mention there are so many of the exact same space on the site that are less than 200, such a scam.not to mention, my autopay got cancelled somehow and i got a huge charge for missing a payment. just wasted too much money on a company that feels like only cares once you are gone… be a good business and maybe i’d come back. but this corporate greed shit is a mess.

Storage environment is clean. My units were easy to access
