I like your facility and have worked with the manager Alex for years-he is so kind and helpful and works so very hard. What I dont like is how the rent gets raised every 6 months or every year. So annoying and I almost changed to another facility, but the thought of driving over 5 loads stopped me this time.

Alex & Chris who manage the warehouse at 4100 W. Diversey have been very helpful & kind to me these past 3 years storing my stuff there.

Prices rose a lot, and moths destroyed my carpets and rugs

Alex and Chris are very good at their jobs. They explain everything clearly, do what they say they will do, and go the extra effort to make customers feel comfortable. Very patient guys.

I like the service it was also very convenient for me at the time. I started to to rent out the storage unit due to a sudden relocation out of Chicago.

Convenient location at 4100 w Deversey - large elevator etc-
