It’s a great location. Easy in and out. A great and sufficient storage for my items. This allowed me to take my time in finding the right location for my business. Great and attentive staff! Clean facility. Well organized and always had needed supplies on hand.

I have been pleased with the ease of registering/moving in, and with Priscilla and Drew. They have both been very nice and helpful. I do not offer complete 10's at this point, as I have had generally bad experiences with storage facilities raising rents sporadically and in large increments. I have spoken with Priscilla, wanting as much transparency as possible and sharing that those types of big increases are very difficult for a nonprofit like ours. We shall see how this goes, and then happy to offer 10's.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Office Manager, Priscilla. She thoroughly identified various options for storage. She not only provided me with a Map of the Facility but also conducted a tour, identifying the most efficient routing to my rental. She was very customer friendly and made me feel welcomed and confident in my selection of CUBESMART. Based on the location, storage options available, and interaction with Ms. Priscilla, it is my pleasure to recommend CUBESMART to friends, family or anyone looking for a quality storage facility.

I’m giving this rating specifically because of the Narragansett location. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the staff, and the fees feel never-ending. It honestly seems like every few months the rates go up, and corporate has zero interest in negotiating or working with customers.The first issue happened when I forgot to update my card on file and had also changed my phone number. That situation was on me, and I understood that. The fees added up to over $300, which I paid without arguing because I accepted responsibility.The second time is where things became unacceptable. I updated my payment method, corrected my phone number, and double-checked my email. I was under the impression my bill was being paid after switching cards. Then, not even a week before my unit was set to go to auction, I received a call saying I had an outstanding balance from the last 2–3 months.I was told they had been trying to contact me, which made no sense. I had zero emails, zero voicemails, and only a single phone call during that entire period. When I tried calling back, no one answered. I was forced to show up in person and pay a pile of fees that could have easily been avoided with proper communication.There was no customer service, no sympathy, and no willingness to take accountability—just “pay or lose your unit.” Between the attitude of the staff and the constant, unexplained fees, this location has been nothing but frustrating. I would not recommend doing business here unless you’re prepared to constantly monitor your account and fight unnecessary charges.
