The facility was clean and safe. I however did not like that the price of my unit substantially escalated on a regular basis. I think that your company should disclose upfront that your drastically increase once you are in the storage unit.

On line can be a bit confusing. Rodney and Stacey were great in translating "CubeSmart" It's important to understand All the ins and out of storage "rental-ing". They are good professional people.
